My name is Susan Campbell and I established The Virtual Work Shop Ltd to offer virtual business support to individuals, self-employed professionals and companies.

I have a BA Honours Degree in Psychology and have worked in secretarial roles for the past 20 years, the last 15 years at senior level. I have held various senior roles including PA to: the Property Development Director at a large civil engineering company, the Finance Director of a large property company, the Chief Executive of a not-for-profit finance organisation providing funding for Registered Social Landlords and the Chief Executive of one of the UK's major housebuilders. A large part of my working life has been spent in the City in London, but I now work from my own fully-equipped office at home in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

I have experience of working with leading commercial institutions and am used to working on highly confidential and commercially sensitive matters, having liaised with Government Departments and Ministers and leading financial institutions and their senior staff.

My approach is orientated to a high level of client satisfaction. I believe that frequent communication and feedback is vital for a good working relationship.
